Gubbings always make me angry. It’s like buying something from the supermarket, that you wouldn’t normally buy, simply because you are getting something free and deem it to be a good offer, like a 2 for 1. Being gubbed is like a wee spotty pubescent sales assistant running after you and taking one of the items back but insisting that you leave with one item, no refunds, no concessions. It’s immoral but that’s the rules battle.

It’s not really. Purely chasing bonuses is more like going into a supermarket you’ve never been in before and trying to buy 20 bottles of the £10 offer whisky where the small print says max 6 per person. You may get away with it but more often than not you won’t.

If you spend £120 a week in bets then buy one get a £5 one free then like the supermarket the bookie will say “thank you come again”
