Hi lads I’m very annoyed atm…got on that fatal bwin offer the other day – created my account on the same day of it appearing on the MBB offers list – and since then!!!!!!!! They said I need to verify my age, I sent them all my documents THREE TIMES (FIRST TIME WAS ON THE 24TH!) and I’m still locked out of my account and they haven’t verified! I have a balance there and I’m no way letting them have it their way – wrote two emails and they haven’t even responded! Guy on the chat said he’ll pass my verification documents (on the 27th!) and still nothing! What do I do!

you do know what time of year it is don’t you?
I’m not really sure what you need advice with, you will just have to wait until they are back at work. I agree its quite shoddy but its all you can do.

Bwin take ages to reply, just keep on at them. My problem with Bwin is that I opened an *ahem* additional account and they emailed me an offer: bet £50 and get a £50 back-up bet if I lost. Now I have lost they are saying that the email/promotional link is out of date and that it is not longer running. No idea what to do, anyone have any ideas on how to pursue this??

Presumably you still have the email and t&c, so look for the expiry date on that to quote or say there isn’t an expiry date…… not that end dates mean anything to bwin
