Calculating a Lay Stake

I am wondering what the math is behind calculating a lay stake. I’ve been trying to replicate it for my excel spreadsheet so I don’t need to use any online versions. Any help is appreciated.

=(D4*E5)/(E14-D15)
Lay stake = back stake x back odds / lay odds – commissionJust basic lay where you win and lose equally.
