Changing Forum Avatar/Profile Pic

I’ve changed my avatar/profile pic but its not updating on my posts. Its updated on any page but a thread i.e. my profile page, forum menus, etc… What gives?

Yeah, its nothing major but for my forum posts I see a picture of Alan Johnson from Peep Show while the picture I want is a small cohort of office workers collected around a water cooler. That’s the pic that displays in my profile and forum menus, etc..
