Cheltenham Final day Offers and Strategies

  • Ok so it’s almost over…..

Just how on earth are we going to get any money back 2nd tomorrow?
    The fields are massive

Skybet is done for less than £3.
Will watch out for Betfred boosts but that’s about it for me

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Like I said previously it depends how many horses you can cover. The ideal scenario is having a Paddy/Ladbrokes/William Hill & Betright account to cover 4 horses or maybe just cover 2 horses with 4 accounts. But obviously most people don’t have all them accounts but I would look at 3:30 race I would say thats between Don Cossack/Djakadam/Cue Card & Don Poli so try cover as many as possible using the accounts you have left and betfair 3/1 and bet365 etc. I do agree most races arent worth doing but there are a few races with some slight favs which are worth covering.

Looks much the same as today except I doubt I’ll get the super bonus from sky/smarkets.

There are some close back and lays on the 3.30 at the moment – Cue Card 5.0/5.1 and Djakadam 4/4.2, both on PP/Smarkets. Struggling to find many others though…

Right, got tomorrow off work so I can properly go at it!
First port of call will probably be Zubayr in the 13.30 on Betfair/Sky and 365. Then all the favourites on WH and Lads. Got £50 of free bets to use up as well. Might just punt those.

The 2:50 and 3:30 have a decent chance of a 2nd place by going for one of the favourites.

I’m trying On the Fringe too in the 4:10, a clear favourite but not a certainty for the win.

Looks like it might be a quiet day though – maybe try some of the extra place races. 188bet are extra place every race tomorrow I think. Any one else offering extra places on any races? Anyone having luck with those?

Sky Leoncavallo 21/22 £1.59 loss sorted.

£1.16 loss actually, weird when the calculator and actual liability differs.

Ive gone for on the fringe but ive underlayed it as i think Nina will make ammends for not winning the cross country. I am usually totally wrong on these matters though. Just dumped another £500 into smarkets. My bank manager will have a cardiac if he looks at my account this week.

For those who still have their £25 free bet from Sky, use it on the 13.30 race tomorrow if you can. You will still be qualified for the MB back offer while saving a few £s on qualifying cost.

quick question for those who use Smarkets have they improved on saturdays?before they were really unstable which is why i stopped using them….

@RyanB I really should keep better records, I wonder how much extra profit I’ve made from not being charged as much commission with all the different liabilities but keeping the 2% in the calculator, coupled with effective underlays when BOG kicks in; there is probably a few free qualifiers in it.

Interesting! I’ve gone for the same horse @RyanB and my liability is £1.16 also. So does this make it a £1.16 loss if the horse wins, but still £1.59 if it loses? I’m curious as to how they calculated my liability?

Ive had no problem at all with smarkets this week which given the increased traffic is brilliant. Only time ive had to use betfair was when i couldnt afford a lay.
