Confused about bookie request

Hi,
I joined betfinal.com (usual stuff, sign-up bonus, send in documents to verify myself etc). All my other KYC checks passed fine but they keep asking for:

We still need the following documents to approve your account:Skrill Profile Page: Needs to show the whole screen without any editing, including the “Personal Info” tab under “Settings” in your Skrill account.
You can upload your documents to your account.

I took a desktop (from my computer) screenshot of my Skrill account showing the “Personal Info” tab under “Settings” in my Skrill account. I gather “needs to show whole screen” is a screen dump but then they mention “document”, which I gather is the screen dump saved as a JPG (image) file. I thought that’s what they wanted but they keep sending me this same request without clarification. Has anyone else had this request or similar? Please help. Cheers.
