Coral – Free bets for lengths

Has anyone else had trouble being credited with the free bets under Corals free bets for lengths?
I had one winner at Fairyhouse yesterday – won by 3/4 length so received a £1 free bet.
had another winner later on, by 5 lengths but didnt receive the credit.
after a drawn out discussion with the online chat, they eventually told me that you only get one free bet per day, and referred to the conditions that said ‘9. Only one free bet per customer on qualifying horses.’
To me that means only one bet on any particular horse, not one bet per day!
its only a fiver i know, but i like doing the bets for length as i think the risk is worth it for a max £10 free bet each time

update – spoke to the customer service on the phone and now had it credited!
Coral confirmed that offer is per race, not one per meeting, one per day etc.
moral of the story – speak to a real person, not someone hiding behind a pc!
