Just wondered if anyone had same experience as me with Coral. Apparently i no longer qualify for promos but wasn’t told about it, only found out after placing bet and not receiving free bet so asked live chat and said ‘restricted’!!
I thought they had to notify you first??

Yeah, happened to me a while back but it was only temporary.
been told the decision won’t change, also can i still qualfy for free bets from promos i entered earlier as i have no idea when i was gubbed from
Last week I could not use my free bet as there was a glitch that happens sometimes,went on live chat and said I was gubbed.But I argued it as it was showing on my account so it was credited.Thought I would try the promo today to see if I was actually gubbed and they gave me the free bet lol
