Where did you see midday? it says in the terms will be credited within 24 hours. My bet last night settled very late on gone 11pm I think, so I doubt i’ll get it for a while.

I had a losing bet on theLiang Wenbo v Stuart Carrington – match on Monday. No sign of a free bet. This offer is a real joke.

I would get on LC sooner rather than later – I had a losing bet on the second day but no free bet. Went on LC after 24 hours only to be told it had been credited but only lasted 24 hours. Definitely wasn’t there though! Got a free bet but only by moaning at them!

Lewis makes a good point, if your FB has not been credited when expected check the terms and then contact them. Little point in coming on here and asking/moaning we can’t credit it for you!

Adder – That match settled yesterday at around 11pm. You should expect the free bet sometime today.

Too many people getting mixed up with when they place the bet and when it settles.

I take it back – this offer is absolutely crap, how hard is it to set the terms correctly.

Clearly states first bet settled each day, however, as I placed two bets on the same day (although they settled on different days) i’m not entitled to the free bet. Which makes no sense as the terms weren’t first bet placed each day.

Ryan, get it in writing that your not eligible for that reason and send their response and a copy of the terms to the ASA.

It definitely doesn’t mention anything about when the bet was placed. Prob just an inept MOS. If you can be arsed try again a few hours later with a different operator and you’ll prob get a different result. That’s what I did! ?

Well i went on live chat and got a free bet added on that hadn’t been credited on Weds night. Then i made an error with placing said freebet on same match as a qualifier so expected not to get the potential next one. Low and behold i logged on this morning and it was there nestled in the account!
