I’m gutted as I have been stopped any bonus offers by Corals. I have only been betting £10 here and there and have had a max of £110 in the account. I placed £10 on the West Ham v Liverpool but never got my free £10 in play bet. So I went onto chat and they have stopped any bonus being offered…..A traders decision?? Anybody else had a problem?

+0Yep they restricted me because I took up their e-mail offers. To be honest I don’t know why some bookies even bother offering promotions. Some of them are right cunts.

+0I didn’t get my free bet credited to my account today and after reading this thread assumed I was restricted too. Thought I would check with live chat just so I know for sure and they credited me my £10 free bet straight away.
Might be worth checking if you have had no email informing you of any restrictions.

Coral Customer Support+0When I’ve been banned from a few sites I’ve argued it over some emails or on chat saying it is unfair not to be communicated beforehand. On every occasion I have received that last free bet. I’d dig in a bit guys and hope you get that last tenner!

Cheers people don’t take it personally but I’m glad I have not been the only one singled out lol. They took my money for the bet and did not offer the token, saying that they are not obliged to offer the in play bet despite clearly advertising it Mmmm and that it had been a trading decision. Shame but hey ho!!

I assume that I’m possibly still in their good books because I took a few of their enhanced darts accas during this tournament which have lost. (I laid off). But it’s money in their pockets isn’t it.
+0Corals took the same action with me as did Boylesports – acct closed to offers. Don’t actually see the point of companies like them even bothering – they are a total joke. They’d rather see mugs in their shops playing constantly on their casino machines – poor outfit generally basically. They are playing at it!!

Just checked my account with Corals and….. I cannot help but think that there is more to Corals reasons than meet the eye. I’ve been betting for only a month and won £60 in total and lost £30, so have not been pulling up tree stumps lol…..absolutely no reason in my book to take away the bonus????? VERY STRANGE?.
