Depositing with Paypal

I got my friend to give me her stuff so I can multi account but the poor slag doesn’t want to add her bank account to paypal for ”security reasons”!!! From memory when I was doing it before, most bookies don’t accept paypal deposits without bank accounts added to the PP account with betway (from memory again) being an exclusion, I think they accepted my deposit before. Anyone knows any bookies that will work with a not-fully prepared paypal?
