Didn't Qualify for Free Bet

Hey, so I signed up yesterday to betsafe, put £10 down on Leicester to win at 1.9, above the 1.8 the terms stipulated and still not got my £20 free bet yet, I know it says within 24 hours, but whenever i’ve signed up to places before and qualified for free bet it came in instantly.

Did I miss something else I had to do? Or should I just keep waiting until 5pm ish for the 24 hours to be up. Does it sometimes take that long?

I’ve signed up to betsafe on two different occasions and both times I got my freebets instantly. Just contact them on livechat by the way make sure you’ve sent them proof of address and a passport because they won’t let you withdraw

Ok cheers will do, do you usually withdraw straight away? I’ve read you should keep it in there for a while to make it look like you intend to bet again. But frankly I’d like to at least withdraw the profit i’ve earned.

I’d withdraw regularly if i mug betted as well cos I’d like to know where my profits were.

I always withdraw straight away. Never done a mug bet in my life as well.
