Looking at the football tonight for a coupon on WH and I noticed this match.
Cesena v Verona
Home 8.5 Draw – 1.53 Away – 2.75Thought it was maybe a mistake so checked betfair… the odds on a draw have tumbled.

Anyone shed any light on a reason for this? I have never seen a draw at odds on before.

Just reviewed the odds on this across a number of bookies, no real value at the moment in the Draw No Bet or Double chance markets….. worth keeping an eye on though

If the underdog scored first the draw odds should drop, but in this case they didn’t have far to drop! Doubt they’d gone above evens though

+0in Italy this type of behaviour between two teams is accepted if a draw meets their mutual interests. Paul Ince has mentioned it a number of times when talking about his time at Inter, even though he didn’t agree with it.
it’s not seen as match fixing over there, by the bookies or their FA as no third party is paying them to sway the odds. although wisely they stopped offering on the draw.
