Expekt Warning: not crediting UK freebets, bonus banned all UK punters?

  • Just got done with Live Chat, this is not over

    1. First tried to deny my losing OT bets were even losers!
    2. States UK/France are banned from receiving any bonuses as per terms

    Quotes term 4.14 stating

    4.14. You must not apply for or open an Account if you are located in a jurisdiction in which applying for or opening an Account and/or using our Services is unlawful or contrary to any applicable regulation (“Prohibited Jurisdiction”). It is your responsibility to ensure that this is not the case. We reserve the right to immediately suspend your Account if we discover that your Account has been opened, or is being used, from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. “Prohibited Jurisdictions” include France, Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and other jurisdictions in which we do not operate.” However, you can have an account from the UK. The only thing that differs from a non-restricted area is that you can not receive any bonuses. We are sorry about this, and we know it is not absolutely fair. We can not do anything about this though. We apologize.

    First I emailed them, 36hrs no repsonse got on LC:

    This morning got a response from my original email….I’d sent them 2 bet IDs that had lost in OT and requested my refund.

    Their response:

    We check your bets, and we realize that you both lost. Has your bet was done one xxxxxxxx, for match winner and this team have lost the game. Please do not hesitate to contact us if have any doubt.

    Not much interest in this I know, so nobody else seems affected, but these people don’t seem to know their arse from their elbow.

    Email replied to this time crediting the bonus….but wrong amount (too small ldo), then promptly readjusted to correct amount when I emailed again.

    I really shouldn’t continue with this offer but when combined with Stars it’s a nice little earner.
