Extracting free bets in Betfair Exchange

Anyone know how to do this correctly? Which section of the matched betting calculator do I use, and how do I go about it?
I have £10 in free bets in the Exchange section of my Betfair account.

Just place a back bet at the exchange and lay it off at another exchange

+0Yes, treat like any other free bet. Place back bet using your free bet and lay at different exchange. Remember to select free bet – stake not returned on the calculator.

You just need to remember to enter your Betfair commission rate in the ‘Back commission’ field.
