FansBet 50% deposit match up to £100

  • Not sure if this is the right place for this or if I should post in newbies… apologies if so!
The offer is a deposit bonus of £100 if you deposit £200, which seems great except that it needs to be wagered 6x and only on accas of at least 2 selections at 1.4 or higher each. Given those conditions I’m not sure if there’s actually any way to assure a profit or even avoid potentially big losses!
What concerns me is that if I bet on low odds I’m going to keep winning and it’ll be a huge grind to place £1800 worth of bets £100 at a time, not to mention the big losses at the exchange. Or I could go for long odds and hope to just lose it all to the exchange but then if something does win I have the same problem as the former strategy only worse! Huge loss at the exchange and a long grind to release it from the bookies.
Does anyone have any experience of offers like this? Must admit I still struggle to understand sequential laying and using smarkets to sell accas always offers terrible odds. I think even if I luck out and lose it all to the exchange straight away it’ll cost about £20 a time, leaving not much of the bonus anyway.
    Thanks all!

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I am not an expert, but thought I would respond. Looked at the offer and the bookie. Seems fansbet have a lot of freebies, so seems a good one to go with regardless.

On the offer, I started to look at a lower bonus, say £50. So £100 + £50 = £150 * 6 = £900 wagering. £900 = 18 bets @ £50, from my calcs, even if you get close matches say 1.7/1.74, 1.5/1.56 using smarkets @ 2%, on the face of it, yes, seems as though it’s hard to come away with a profit.

Looking around it seems people don’t have much luck with this one or ties up a lot of capital.

Thanks for the reply, really appreciate the input! I’m definitely in agreement that there’s just not much profit here and too much risk of messing up and losing a lot! Will avoid the sign up offer I think but maybe look in to the ongoing ones.
