Football Index

Today i noticed the Football Index offer at the ALL NEW CUSTOMER OFFERS tab. Can anyone explain how someone would take advantage of this offer. (Has someone already completed it?) It seems totally different from normal match-betting offers.
Thanks in advance.

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I was interested in this too.
If I was confident I’d get my money back I’d buy £1,000 worth of Harry Kane on the basis I think he’s going to score seven goals against West Brom weekend, then when does, I can sell him for a nice profit (assuming that’s how it works).
In the unlikely event Harry Kane doesn’t score 7 goals, I would hope it’s pretty unlikely his value is going to go down by more than half – unless his leg falls off.
.
Maybe that comes under their abuse of promotion rule though..+0They’re not a bookmaker, but I thought I would add it to the Free Bets page as it may be something people fancy a go at.
Football Index is basically a stock market where you can buy virtual shares in the world’s top footballers. A player’s share price will then fluctuate based on his popularity.
There are two different ways to profit. Firstly, you can earn dividends if your player tops ‘The Buzz’, which is a league table of players based on their daily press coverage. Secondly, you can sell your shares in a player for a profit if the player has increased in popularity and his share price has risen.
It may appeal to some as a bit of fun, but with the £500.00 risk-free offer, you can have a go at making a quick profit without risking a penny. Just make sure you contact them within 7 days of your first deposit, if you wish to claim a refund on any losses.
+0Anyone deposited £500 with an unknown start-up company on the understanding you’ll get it back 7 days later if you ask for it?.
I’m ooout!
+0Thanks for the explanation Matt! So the idea is to just go play with it, if you profit well that is all nice. Do you happen to lose then you are covered up to £500.
But I do agree with sleepless it seems kind of iffy. I’m therefor curious whether anyone has already done this successfully.
+0Oh Harry!
+0Did you go for it?. How much has his value gone up?.
+0Haha no, I’m too worried I wouldn’t get my money back.
I’m waiting for at least 45 stories of people getting the refund without any hassle..+0Get regular offer updates, tip and tricks, big offer alerts and more straight to your inbox.
I signed up and deposited £500 and used it, then emailed to get a refund and didn’t get a response. Then I phoned up and it was sorted and I got the refund, no questions.
+0How much did you lose Handyman?
+0Only a couple of quid, but I just did it for a day. You probably can make some profit but if you commit more time to it, like weeks/months or even the season. I’d rather not wait that long
