    Also I’m thinking of splitting mine – I understand it right that it’s a freebet balance not a single use token?

    I chased them up & one wasn’t in play apparently. I was out at the time of thw Taylor game and quickly backed it on their in play market but it must’ve been before an arrow was thrown. I wasn’t sure cos I wasn’t in front of the TV for that one but was defintely on their in play market.

    No big deal though, £7.80 qualifying profit anyhow so no harm done.

    Same they did to me on the Aussie Open, I was sure my bets were inplay.

    That’s bullshit – if the event is not in play then THEY should not display it under the in play part of their site. Fault is theirs, not yours

    I agree Tony, and normally I would bring them to task about it but it’s essentially one of the most lucrative accounts in my humble opinion and I don’t want to risk losing it with Cheltenham just around the corner, so I decided to just take it on the chin.
