Just had an email from these saying that my account has been reviewed and I am no longer eligible for any promotions.

I’ve done the sign up offer with them, then 2 others that they emailed me about. Lost every bet with them so never withdrawn a penny.

Just doesnt seem to make sense.
Would love to know the bookies reasoning behind it.
They have made money from you yet ban you.
If the exchanges do work as they say,punters backing and laying against each other, and then taking a commission dont see a problem.

Yeah my bad, I had both sections of the forum open and posted in the wrong one :(

I’ve lost £65 of my own money to them, plus their “free cash” – every bet has lost – surely thats the perfect punter for them?

Got the same e-mail today about 30 mins before you posted. They must be having a clear out. Only use them if they have an offer on, no great loss but doesn’t make sense as I’ve lost every bet with them.

Yet another example that bookies MUST be sharing info – why on earth would they restrict someone who has only ever LOST money to them and mug bet (losing) with them too????

Shite bookie anyway tbh, particularly with their stacked WR terms!
