I’m not seeing the Hills boost on 2 accounts? Anyone else?

Johnbo, don’t use edge on an ungubbed account. Briefly it works on races where betfair sports are offering more places than Smarkets. Add selection to betslip, click edge and reduce places to match Smarkets lay market. Your win odds (and of course your place odds) will be higher, you want a horse where the increased odds create an Arb on Smarkets. Then it’s up to you take the GP or underlay for risk free shot if it places.

I’ll prob just leave it as sportsbook is quite good for the regular EW arbing and don’t want to risk that for a few ‘edge’ bets.

As good as the 3-35 race seems, the problem is the place odds are very high on the exchange because there are 26 runners…QL for the extra places at 1/5 of the odds are going to be high.

For bookies keeping the 1/4 odds up to 5 places…some smaller QL are going to pop up throughout the day but trying to hit 5th place with 26 runners is not going to happen very often…

Agree with what Johnbo says. And sky have really slashed their odds so that even for 7 places nothing obvious is jumping out as value.

I’m going to take the day off. Football season is coming up. And let’s hope the next festival throws up more opportunities!

Well that was pants, sir dancelot would of been £78 (1-4) and projection £50 (1-5) neither were anywhere near.

All depends when you look at Sky. I got 15 on Danzeno this morning at 9am, layed win at 14 and place at 3.6 and hes rocked in at 7th, boom £95.

Sky only let me have £25 ew though and i lost £40 on Projection as i forgot to lay.

Put my bets on and went out today to come home and see I’ve landed a £100 free bet with Ladbrokes (won by 6l!!)…can’t see the account lasting now though, the last £100 free bet won…
