Gubbed by Betway – is the money lost?

So I signed up with Betway today. Placed a qualifying bet for the free bets which lost, then placed another bet from another promotion which is still open.
I went to sign in to check the bets and my account was locked. I spoke to support via the chat and they said my account had been closed by a management decision.
Obviously the money from the lost qualifying bet is lost, but that’s ok. The associated free bets are lost, which is annoying.
However I still have money in the account for the open bet I placed. I asked customer support whether I could get the money back and they said they would raise with the relevant team and I would get feedback by email. Am I likely to get this money back? I also need to cancel the lay I placed on the same match I guess.
