Gubbed without telling you.

Betway=Didn’t get a £5 free bet I was waiting for.Went on live chat and got told
Mogamat: “I had a look into your account, it seems that you have been excluded from promotions this is to why you have not received the free bet”.
Getting gubbed is bad enough but,when they don’t even tell you until you chase up a free bet not awarded makes me mad!
B’stads!!

you could go to IBAS as they should tell you before you take them up on the offer, but for a fiver I doubt its worth it. by the same token, its a scummy thing to do over a fiver.

Defo mate,I’ve been doing the £25 acca offer with them for a few weeks now and have lost money to them every time.So they get the £25 out of me every week and I get the 2 £5 free bets in return which placed at high odds have also always lost.

They normally email. U sure they’ve not sent one – I belatedly got the £10 betclub the other week after much arguing as they emailed me after I had placed the £25 bet, so you may be able to do the same….. be patient though, their customer service staff are as bad as some on here for lack of betting understanding

Sleepless lol!

A couple of points on unotified gubbings. Check your junk e mail daily, gubbing notifications have a nasty habit of ending up in there. I have also found a couple of worthwhile offers in my junk, so worth checking anyway.

Other accounts I have known gub without notification, directly or indirectly-Sky, Bet Fred and Genting bet. not entirely sure about the latter, it was a story from a lad who didn’t get some free spins, reading between the lines I reckon the CSA he spoke to couldn’t be arsed looking into it so told him he was gubbed.

I have a feeling i got a secret gub as well by our beloved betway.
While they credited me for 3×5 fb for chelsea scoring, they didnt hand over a 2nd place refund in ITV races..
I’m too chicken to ask for it on the live chat dreading that potential message.. Anyhow doesnt look good if; and testing the max stake on their boosted nfl/pl double gives me £6.34.. anyone bother to test how much you can get on?

I havent had my £15 in free bets for the chelsea arsenal game yet, have a feeling i have been stealth gubbed cos they dont want to pay out.

Betway, like coral, are well known for stealth gubbings, slimy scumbags that they are!
