Gubbing

  • Hi guys,

Pretty new to this so just had a few queries re: gubbing:

1.) If you do get ‘gubbed’ are you still able to withdraw any current balance you have with the bookie? If not, are you best to try and withdraw small amounts over time to limit the amount you may not be able to withdraw if gubbing occurs?

2.) If you get ‘gubbed’ by a site, is there a time period for this or is this forever/does it vary from site to site?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

you are able to withdraw when gubbed no problem.
There are horror stories about bookies withholding funds because of “bonus Abuse” which is contrary to their T&Cs though. look for threads on this over Cheltenham where a quite a few people were stung by some asian bookies.

I’ve never heard of anyone being ungubbed, but we live in hope. sometimes restrictions are lifted though. And I think a lot of people got gubbed then ungubbed only to be gubbed again by coral some weeks back.
