HELP? Matched removed off every bookmaker ???

First Time Posting (sorry if in the wrong section)
Basically I found your standard arb 2.5 on one site 2.18 on the other, did a £50 tester stake both accepted stood to win £6
The odds dropped even more 2.12, decided to do £100 stake, again no problem ! Stood to win £15
Now the odds have come down to 1.8 (bare in mind this is a match result DRAW) so the draw is now the favourite outcome by a mile ! This game has now been removed off every bookmaker ????? Do I need to be worried they will void my bet etc ?! Or ?? There is currently £90,000 now on the draw in total on the exchange compared to the maximum £1000 on any of the other games in this league ???
Advice ?? Sorry for the long post

+0sounds like a fixed match, or a match a lot of people think will be fixed, the fact you almost never see draw as the favoured outcome in football. Chances are if your bet wins if its not a big bookmaker sky, paddy, etc. they will void the bets.

I currently have £150 on the draw with a liability of £200odd. It was placed on betsafe and has now been removed off there and every other bookmaker! The draw was 3.5 last night… Now 1.7 … So I am very worried about my back bets being void and the game actually ending a draw ? My cash out is also -£50, any suggestions ?? I am very worried ! It is also in the Italy Serie B (known for fixed matches -_-) !! ???

Cash out the bets on betsafe or ask betsafe to cancel them?
And back a draw on the exchange.
You’ll take a hit but better than paying out £200 when these teams draw and winning nothing on bookie side due to void bets.
Contact live support ask them if your bets will stand.
I don’t really know – just throwing out ideas here, somebody might have better advice.
Maybe just whack a load on the draw in the exchanges, looks like its been fixed for a draw!
The advice usually is to stick to the main matches and the main markets – premier league, la liga, champions league. You blend in a lot more as just a regular bettor. Betting on lower division and lesser known leagues looks dodgy. Bit late for that advise though since the bet is already made.

Look at the table.
Both teams need just one point with one match left.
Ascoli on 46pts but Virtus on 43 are in the final relegation playoff position at the moment. So one point for Ascoli would put them safe.
Spezia in the promotion playoff spot with 65 points, Novara can knock them off but only have 62 pts so one more point for Spezia would make promotion play off safe.
Dont think its fixed, just very likely that neither team will risk defeat.

Reminds me of when Sweden and Denmark had to draw 2-2 in the Euro 2004 to both qualify through to the group stage and to put Italy out. Surprise, surprise the match ended 2-2.
During the warm-up Erik Edman had asked Daniel Jensen “should we go for 2-2?” to which the Danish defender smiled and said: “Yes, why not?” Edman then said: “OK, you concede first.”
+0Do you reckon I should contact them, just say I looked at the table so took a big punt, you’ve removed the market, will my bet still stand ? And take it from there ? If it’s more than likely going to be a draw surely they can’t void my bet ? It’s just common knowledge ? It’s on betsafe btw idk if that makes a difference ?

Yes, I think I would check if they will honour the bet.
Its strange, the two teams that would be able to knock one from promotion position and the other from relegation safety have had 2 and 4 pts deducted. Maybe the points deductions occurred or were confirmed last night and caused the price to start moving.
+0Hello again, thanks for all the above guys, seems bookmakers started removing it last night when what ever happened caused it to plummet and betsafe were the last to remove it (bare in mind it’s starting odds were 3.5 but around evens on the exchange I got in at 2.5 and laid at 2.12 (could of got 1.7 if I waited) but he has assured me I will be paid out and there is no issue what so ever ! Nice easy £20odd in the end, lol 🙂

The lower Italian leagues are notorious for this sort of thing. There was a match at the end of last season in Serie B that was priced around 1.6 on Betfair Exchange for the draw. Low and behold the game finished 0-0. I’ve no idea if these games are actually fixed or if the teams just have some sort of unwritten rule that they abide by, but there do seem to be a lot of draws in the dead rubbers. Obviously slightly different in this case as the teams actually need the point, but my suspicion is that this will end 0-0 or 1-1!
I stuck £50 on this with one bookie @ 2.75. Haven’t layed it yet as I’m expecting the price to drop a bit more before Friday. Should be an easy risk free profit.
+0wish id known about this sooner aha, would of waited untill friday before laying, and would not of had to put as much on to make a bigger profit. oh well, at least ive been told there will be no issue with getting my winnings if it is a draw, will definitely have to look out for stuff like this in the future 😉
