Personally I enjoy these 2nd to SP offers, they tend to result in lower qualifying losses than the general 2nd place and whereas they are harder to predict the amount of races available makes up for it. Been lucky with PP over the past week with 1/2 day and with W Hills overlapping at Catterick you can double up potential freebet or double the chances.

Look out for the 14.10, 15.40, 16.10, 17.10 at Lingfield and 14.30, 15.00 and 16.00 at Catterick. Depending on odds coming in/out there could be more or less to potentially look at.

Fav (not the Johnson horse, no Chris) was trading at 2.25, so yeah that fucks it then :(

Now need to know what this bet is actually on at Hills?!?! An SP double on them both to place, or an SP double on them both to win???

Haven’t layed anything yet, so provided I can get Hills to confirm it’ll be ok. Might just let it ride tbh as both horses in the offer are now favs

smarkets brought my lay odds down to 1.33 now. So I think just cover both bets if needed and hope for the smallest loss possible? What do you think?

They still are offering 5/2 on the double though?

So maybe they will payout.

Presumably much better chance of it coming in now that the fav is out of the 4:00.

Am I the only one that thinks they’ll pay out at 5/2?

Remember the one of these we did a few weeks ago, where it was 3 places on the last race to begin with and then non runners changed the place terms to only 2 places at Hills – that horse came 3rd and they never paid out on that one, so I don’t think they will honour this tbh.

Bit naughty not removing it from the website mind – might just screenshot that now (i.e. AFTER the withdrawal) in case it is of use later.

Live Chat have confirmed that is should revert to an SP double on the named horses TO PLACE btw, for anyone interested. The guy I spoke to didnt really have a clue mind – wibble!
