how to place accumulators on betfair exchange?

Can anyone please advise how this is done, I have tried several times and it says it does not accept bets of this type on the exchange. I tried their online chat and they advised the same? I am referring to the new betsafe offer posted today

you can only use their “pre-made” accas to lay. Are you tried to add the teams manually? if so that’s only for backing.

Clive, the acca markets are on the left hand menu , normally under ‘football-barclayspremierleague-acca’
