Huge outsider wins!

Dandy Flame has just won the 18.10 at Wolverhampton at 200/1. Incredibly you could have got over 750/1 on betfair! Just thought I would throw this in. Has anybody heard of a higher priced winner? Pity the poor sods who layed at that !

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Yeah noticed it was trending on Twitter. Looks like a few had some money on it, the owner did but wont say how much.
Also according to Twitter, it was laying at 800/1 and some idiots lost £4000 trying to win £5.
Second longer odds winner in UK racing, a 250/1 horse Equinoctial won a race at Kelso in 1990. The last time a 200/1 shot came in was in 2012 at Taunton.
+0Thought it was a very rare occurrence Chris hence why I posted. £4000 ouch!
+0People will be laying it as part of a book and the Betfair bet matching logic will also be laying it as part of a book.
+0Just to play devils advocate, if you lay £800 for £1 on 10 races a day for 80 days, you will have £800. If this comes in 3 times a year, you would still be in profit and if this last happened in 2012, you could have a decent balance from laying the longshots
+0Actually a good point Treveman
+0Trevman! Don’t give me those sort of ideas…
