Interbet – approx £700 out of pocket!

• Hi all, was after some advice – recently followed a “Level up” offer with Interbet where you bet £5 for 7 days then get £50 free bet at the end. I backed / layed a football score at high odds which unfortunately came in so ended up with ~£600 bonus funds with Interbet.

  Their terms are to turn this over ten times so had to put in £6k worth of bets – I’ve now completed this (all bets at low odds as there was no minimal odds on the turnover requirements) so ended up with a very large amount in the bonus account, but after the very last qualifying bet only a small amount passed over to my real money funds leaving me around £700 out of pocket!

  After taking a good look at their T&Cs if I’m reading it correctly it does suggest any bonus winnings are capped at 3 times the amount of the initial bonus, which seems crazy to me.

  I have contacted their customer service via email (there’s no live chat) so await a response. I guess I’ll try and take it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) if no joy with their customer service.

  Either way I recommend staying away from Interbet!
