  The bookies often have offers like:
  BWin has price boost for this game. Back Melbourne City and BTTS for a price boost. Odds 4.2
  How would I be able to lay that bet to get my stake back with the laying options listed above ?
  I cannot lay the home team and BTTS as a combo on Betfair Italian. No such option. I can not lay them as single lays either.
