Keep having to send verification documents

Hi guys,

When i first started using oddsmonkey i was joining betting sites without any problem no verification documents needed and was up and running instantly. But now that im using my mums details to create accounts with betting sites i keep getting told that i need to verify the account and the process is so long winded!
Now my question is there spyware installed which is preventing me making accounts on my mums details? started to feel like something aint right with trying to join these betting sites.
By the way my mum has given me full permission to use her details.

Has your Mum moved house recently? usually they check via electoral roll or soft credit search to verify. Although could be a new thing for them to request documents inline with the new gambling legislation which comes into force later this year. I have recently been asked for documents from a few places within the last month from accounts I have had open for years… so it is most likely new rules

I think that it might just be a check on the IP. If you use your computer and indicate your mother’s data, then therefore you are required to verify.
