How do tyou find the terms for this offer guys. I click on the link at the top of this thread and it comes up with a promotional entry box. Are you supposed to type ‘riskfree’ in that box as opposed to ‘clicking’ on riskfree which isnt anywhere to be seen off that link?

Interesting you got the straight cash refund grinningbeast.

I was informed I had to go to the slots section of their site and I should see a pop-up that allows me to accept the £10 BONUS. The pop-up also stated I needed to wager the £10 bonus 4 times and within 7 days of accepting the bonus, otherwise it would be voided.

Thankfully after waging the £40, I ended up with a decent profit due to hitting a bonus round on one of the slots.

So yeah, I don’t think this was a real risk free slot offer as the refund is done as a bonus with wagering requirements.

I had a right mare trying to get mine back , a chat advisor claimed I hadn’t opted in! After long discussion they eventually gave me the £10 back but said in the future I need to screenshot myself opting in? I said it was onerous to say the least but kept quiet just to get the money back, no wagering though. Be careful opting in or how you do it in future!

I too spend about 40 mins on their crazyly slow chat to try and get this resolved. First claimed I didn’t opt in. Then tried to offer some kind of other deposit related bonus. Then couldn’t find any details of the promo. Finally asked me what promo code I entered, which of course this promo didnt have. Didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on, but got it refunded in the end which shows what levels of trust you should apportion to any bookie.

Yeah they didn’t want to pay up on this on, that’s for sure.
