Ladbrokes Coral Ban

  • Hi all,

I’m new to this and currently working my way down the list.

I’ve already made my first big f’up at Coral. I layed the wrong match (L’pool playing Brighton twice in the next few days). I put it right by laying the free bet then backing my wrong lay bet as if it were a qualifying bet, took a couple of bets at Coral as I got my head around it all, but I’m happy that everything is balanced and I’ll only lose a couple of quid for my mistake. Needless to say I’m in for a lot on these two matches on smarkets

I’ve gone to make a Ladbrokes account and been put on immediate hold. From the chat it’s because my Coral account is on hold. They want the full set of ID checks in order to free up my balance. I asked about open bets and was told they would be paid out if they win, but I’m nervous as I’m close to £200 in liability on them at smarkets. Any advice/ guidance much appreciated.

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Just get the ID checks done and you won’t have any more bother. Coral and Ladbrokes are pretty good and won’t mess you about.

You can easily cash out on the exchange if you mess up a lay bet. On Smarkets there’ll be a “trade out” button under the item you placed the bet on.
