My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Looks good, underlay is a potential £18.40 or can take £2.95 profit either way

Thank you, Greig. I’ve underlayed this. Sadly my Ladbrokes bets are limited to £12.50.

As usual the lay odds have drifted now that loads are getting on this so again, I’ll be treating it as the value bet it is and punting £10 on it as I think its quite likely to win.

    New to this!

How would you lay a (treble) bet like this on smarkets?

Agreed that this one looks more likely than a lot of them to actually come in. Depending on lay odds nearer KO (they do often contract back to the ‘correct’ price btw) I may also have £5 or £10 as a punt.

Thanks for the heads up OP :)

@Kevlar – you cannot lay this on Smarkets, only on Betfair. On Betfair you need to go to Football > Premier League > Tuesday 19:45 acca to find the market to use.

You could use Smarkets to sequentially lay off an acca where each leg does not overlap, but not the kind in this offer, where they all KO at the same time.

Also, if you’re going to lay this off on Betfair, you should wait until close to kick-off. As Patrick and Tony have mentioned, the price on accumulators is always skewed by punters laying off their enhanced accumulators immediately on the exchange. It’s no coincidence that of the £43,000 matched on accumulators, £42,500 is on the Leicester/Chelsea/Everton treble. Further, someone (obviously a bookmaker) has dumped over £6k on at odds of 6.20 and is currently absorbing all the value which unwitting bettors are laying off. The true odds of the treble should be at most 5.85, at the moment. The question is… which bookmaker (or astute trader) has done this?

You think those lay odds will shorten before kick off Mark? I’ve never seen that happen with these, they’ve gone in the opposite direction.

Well, as things stand, the true odds are at most 5.85 and potentially lower…

You are correct Chris, the lay odds increase as word spreads within the matched betting faternity.

Also Mark could that bookmaker be Betfair’s alter ego,Paddy Power.

Would it not be more likely sky or ladbrokes?

Mark, are you that astute trader?

Do you recommend backing this on betfair while the odds are inflated? I know this is not about matched betting but thought I would ask.

@ Chris – We’ll see what happens with tonight’s acca lay odds, it might be that with TWO bookies offering enhanced odds on the same combo, the lay price will not shorten on this occasion. However, when it is just Sky Bet the price almost always spikes and then resettles nearer KO.
