Ladbrokes refusing to send me me £10 Uber Eats Voucher

Can anyone remember a promotion form Ladbrokes that ran 20 Nov – 26 Nov for a £10 uber eats voucher? It was bet £10 get a £10 uber eats voucher. I placed a bet and they are refusing to honor it because I didn’t take a screen shot.
I sent them the Bet ID that qualified for it as I remember it vividly and had made notes. I know the bet that qualified and they are saying they can’t find my opt in record. I have asked them to give me access to old messages in my inbox (they cut off around that time and cant see anythign before) or to forward the Promotion splash page/details, and they are refusing/ignoring that request and just keep asking me for a “screenshot”.
This was before I started taking screenshots of everything did for proof etc. Any advice would be appreciated.
I’m starting to think I clicked an invite only post on here, read it on the Ladbrokes site while not logged in, logged in and placed the bet with out being on the invite list. Not sure it was on here tho…
