Wasn’t much worth bothering with at £25 stakes tbh.

Lots of boosts yes, but no peaches amongst them unfortunately. I always look forward to Fred’s boosts but they have been fairly shite lately. Better value to be had in the Football Specials over the last few weeks imo

Yeah they dont seem to be worthwhile anymore, Quest For More was the only good one because it meant it got boosted to 5.5 at Bet365 and therefore eligible for the 4/1offer.

Err why isn’t 2.1 on a 1.95 shot worthwhile? Its a major boost in price really

Minding 3.5 too and was laying at 3.25. Decent profit to guarantee on a day of high risk FACTUALLY

Thanks matchedem. I agree these are good and especially if you could get more money on. Especially when you’ve been whipped by the gubbing stick. At least Fred and tote don’t seem to gub you outright, just restrict the amount placed. These are still good FACT!

My post wasn’t a dig at you Mr T, more pointing out that I didn’t think they’re were any horse racing “boosts” today that were all that worthwhile, particularly if you can only get £25 on them.

2.1/1.95 is hardly spectacular, now is it matchedem? On a £25 stake it’s a risk free shot at £3.27 or a guaranteed £1.66… small potatoes for a bit hitter like you mate ;)

I am not saying Fred’s horse boosts are NEVER worthwhile, they can be. I just think they’ve been fairly crap in recent weeks that’s all. YMMV

They’re worthwhile if you can get £100+ on but I have been restricted to £25 stakes at both so yeah 2.10/1.94 isnt a major boost at all really, £10 profit IF it wins.
