Mansion Bet not paying bonuses

After receiving an e-mail offer from Mansion Bet, I placed a qualifying bet but have not received the free bet bonus promised in the e-mail. Their live chat does not appear to be working and they have not responded to e-mails sent to their support team.

I never had issues with Mansion giving bonuses or free bets. But after I won a bit with them they made the withdrawal process the hardest I’ve known. I had to send normal verification stuff in, then I had to send a photo of me holding my driving licence, then I had to receive an arranged phone call from them to go through further security. The process took ages and I only had just over a hundred in the account! They seemingly try to find any given reason to keep your money in ‘pending withdrawals’.
+0Its why I despise signing up to some bookmakers that I don’t fully trust. Even when I have the bank to complete multiple sign up offers at the same time I choose to wait until I’ve finished one bookie and my money is safely back with me or its gone to the exchange (which I trust)
