MansionBet Beware

• Guys – I just placed a similar comment to this one in the Novibet offer that Matt posted.

  As I am sure a number of you will be aware, Mansion Bet are currently under investigation by the gambling commission after some guy was allowed to dump his whole redundancy package through their app. This didn’t stop me from taking advantage of a few of the offers they had before and during Royal Ascot. After winning some bets with them I received an email to state my balance was being withheld as I have failed further security checks and asked for pictures of my ID and address validation, followed by a photo of me holding my ID.

  So far I have sent back exactly what they required on two occasions with them citing the images are not clear enough – coming from a reasonably latest version of an iphone and with the images being VERY clear when i look at them, I find that very hard to believe so have a feeling they are being told to make it very awkward and to withhold peoples money for as long as possible.

  Now I deposited £40 and my balance ended at £68 after Ascot – so net winnings of just £28 was hardly an amount I would have thought would be flagged. Something not quite right down in the Mansion Bet woods at the moment! If you are lucky enough to get in and out of the welcome offer and win nothing, fill your boots, but be ready to take a hit or have hassle if your bets win!
