Marathon Bet New Customer Deposit Refused

Hi all,
I just registered a new account with Marathon Bet for their sign up offer. On pressing the ‘deposit’ button it said my deposit was unsuccessful. I chatted online to one of their operators who told me initially that my bank had refused the transaction.
They then went on to say this:“Your deposit was unsuccessful because your payment method does not support the new Internet Protocol “IPv6”. In order to make a successful deposit on your account by bank card we suggest you to log in to Marathonbet from a device which is connected to the internet using the Internet Protocol “IPv4” or to contact your internet provider with a request to provide you with an IP address of “IPv4” version”
I tried to make an £80 deposit to bet once to receive the £20 free bet.
Any thoughts on this?
