matchbook warning about them on this new 0% offer

So i tried to do a withdrawal from matchbook and i got this:

Dear XXXXXXXX,

Thank you for your recent withdrawal request.

Your recent withdrawal request has been declined as you have not reached the required activity in order for Matchbook to be able to absorb the cost of your withdrawals.

If you would like to continue with this withdrawal, please advise so that we can apply a 2% withdrawal charge to the amount you are requesting to take out. This would equate to £XXX on your £XXXX withdrawal request.

Alternatively, you could continue to roll over until reaching an additional £13.06 in paid commission.

If you would like to proceed and agree to the payment of the fees mentioned above, please reply to this email at your earliest convenience and request your withdrawal again so it can be processed as soon as possible by our payments team.

Basically they are trying to shaft me for withdrawal commission because i am not generating any commission on bets (0% to the end of the year). I made 1 previous withdrawal no problems…

Terms and conditions says this:

Are withdrawals free?
Yes, for the most part, withdrawals from your Matchbook account are free. However, we reserve the right to enforce roll-over (outlined in our terms and conditions) or charge for the transaction, if the commission paid on your betting activity fails to cover the deposit and withdrawal processing costs Matchbook incurs.

Currently speaking to their live support, if they end up charging me for a withdrawal no money is going back in their F*** betting account :D

OK the news is: you are allowed 1 free withdrawal per calendar week on this 0% deal so they accepted my withdrawal request.

Worth noting though…

of course i just withdrew everything i had in there for now
