be very careful if you are thinking of using a VPN to pretend you are living in a country that you are not, bookmakers are VERY strict on you proving your ID so you have to have valid proof of address in that country. If you can’t prove you live there they will confiscate your winnings. Its all to do with money laundering laws and making sure criminals aren’t using bookies to “legitimise” their dirty money.
