Dundalk is not an extra place race as only 14 Runners will take place. There are 3 reserves within the field.

Bookies will only pay 3 places once the non-runners have been declared.

Tony its definitely the time of year and (1) dont worry about it and more importantly (2) dont chase nothing bets just for the sake of it

There will be plenty of opportunites next week when the footi and racing is back with abang

Getting mad mate as I got a wrong impression when I was a complete newbie – people were saying you make a lot more betting on horses and I’ve only got on ONE good offer so far – Skybet 2nd and 3rd and my horse came 3rd… I see an extra place offer today and it turns out it won’t work – not happy!

It’s just been a slowish week 3rd Tony, like people say you have to put a bit of effort in to get decent profits out of it. Try each way arbing or accas which are available every day?

Tony, it takes 10 minutes on a morning to figure out what you’re doing for the day. Find promos by looking on sites (Paddy, BetMclean etc) and make a reminder on each race where there’s a possibility of freebet (low odds fav and low odds 2nd fav etc). Then say there’s 5 races, 2 minutes per race to bet and lay makes a grand total of 20 minutes. It’s not an all day job.
