Missing Bets

I don’t know if I’m getting old and senile – but I’ve had two Bets go missing from b*ylesports. first one I thought, maybe I didn’t confirm, i’m pretty careful – but you just put it down to this, so going forward I double double checked – and yet again, its happened a second time.. Spoke to chat who don’t see anything unusual etc, so going forward, i’ll take a screen shot of my bets – typically both bets would’ve won, so I’m down overall – nothing to cry over but annoying all the same

Has anyone else had similar issues with this company or others?

I have that from time to time, I suspect in my case it has always been user error, so I have forgotten to confirm bet or something like confirm stake if they offer me a different stake.

It happened a couple of times with Boyle app for me, just don’t think that it is very user friendly. Most often happened on their boosts which I used to take just as value, so no lay, so no harm done.

thanks fog – I’ll take better note and screen shots for the moment. After the first time – i thought I was being careful with double checking.. but as they say a picture paints a thousand words.

Let you know if it does happen again with them, I can only recall a few times with others – but I’m certain that was user error.
