Does anyone know any MB tips/techniques to send “trapped” money from a scamming bookie site to the exchange? I know this is the “golden question” but what if your money is literally trapped on a dodgy site because the bookie won’t honour withdrawals?! Considering the abundance of exchange markets there must some way to achieve this?

There’s no surefire way of ‘losing’ money from a bookmaker account to an exchange account, so be careful not to make your situation worse.
On what grounds are they holding your money?
Depending on the circumstances, I would recommend raising a dispute with IBAS.
