Multi account set up

  • Fine folks of t’interweb. I’d greatly appreciate some advice.

After getting into MBing in February I managed to clear about £6k. With all I’ve learned on here I’d now say I’m at a reasonable standard where with unrestricted accounts I’m confident I could reach £2k a month profit. However, in the process of learning and making mistakes I have slowly had all my accounts gubbed and restricted. I’ve taken some out in the wifes name but they’ve been quickly gubbed too, despite a different IP address, presumably because of the same home address.

So, I’ve got a list of trusted friends and family who have no interest in betting, so don’t mind eventually getting gubbed, and have agreed to let me set up accounts in their name and they get a % cut. I don’t see this strictly breaks the rules although I’m sure the bookies would say different! What I won’t do is blatantly commit fraud by creating accounts in fake names. What are peoples thoughts on this?

    So here is my plan:
    1) Give my friend some cash to put into their accounts with their own bank cards.
    2) Get a VPN and bet on their behalf
    3) Get them to submit their own ID to the bookies for eventual withdrawals.
    4) Manage withdrawals as the need occurs (hence, I’ll only use trusted friends).

What are the flaws with this please? I know sod all about tech. I understand I need to get a VPN, but do I also need a new device for each account (ie a cheap laptop etc) so they can’t link accounts via computer ID?

I’d be grateful for your thoughts…. Ta.

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Are you using multiple bank accounts and email addresses to do that Ryan?

Hi @Missmort – sorry I know this is in reply to rather an old comment you made but I saw you said you had used an internet current account. I’ve searched everywhere but cant seem to find such a thing? Would you be able to point me in the direction of one such type you can apply for and set up purely online? Thanks! 🙂

    First Direct? Tesco?

Anyway, the majority of banks let you sign up online. I’ve got tons. Got a TSB account, never stepped foot in a TSB.

    Hi @RyanB

Are the accounts with different email, Bank and ID you mention all under the same address?

And do you use WiFi or 4G?

    Thanks.

    Hi all

Ive been matched betting for around 9 months but have unfortunately been gubbed by some of the main bookies which limits my profits potential.

Has anyone had any experience opening up new accounts at bookmakers that have gubbed you in the past with a new address, ip address and bank but still contain the same name and DOB as the original accounts?

Is there nobody using virtual machines? It would seems to be more practical and especially costless

Use a diferent device for each identity, and avoid VPNs If you can, the bookies could found that you are using that, is better to use 4G IP…

After a lot of explaining that i am not some mad gambling addict, i managed to convince family members that matched betting is gaurenteed risk-free profit if you know what you are doing.
Now they understand, they are willing to let me ‘help’ them set up accounts in their names using their own details including card.
On board with the idea, i have my mum, dad (divorced), dads girlfriend (owns own home), auntie, girlfriend and grandparents – with a possibility of more.

I would visit each family member and use their wifi when doing all the sign up offers, abiding by the one per Household/IP address rule. However, for some family members, such as my G-parents and Dads partner, they dont have a laptop/computer i would be able to use. Would i be able to use my own macbook on their wifis on can bookmakers detect that im accesing all these accounts from the same device? I read its something called a MAC address and wondering if anyone can help me with regards to my situation???

I know i could use a VPN to save the hassle of travelling form household to household (although they are local) but i have found that when using one, the bookmaker sites are less responsive and dont work as well/at all in some circumstances.. not sure if this is just me imagining this???? Either way a VPN doesnt solve my MAC address issue..

I have ‘helped’ one person do this already and managed to extract £300 within 24 hours so it is worth while and could be quite profitable – i also have access to these accounts when big events come around – eg, if i had thought about this for cheltenham i could have done sskybets £20 free-bet first race offer each day on every account…

Any help would be appreactied, or even any advice which is relevant to my plans
    cheers

Just read this thread, full of advice. Ryan reckons device doesn’t matter, others do. I’m on that side. Become a wouldbe drug dealer with 5+ £49.99 4g enabled tablets with stickers saying which person’s identity you’re borrowing. Then when you’re gubbed flog em. 😉

Hey there, I have only read the first message so this reply is mainly for beaser, the esteem gentlemen who made this post.

From my experience. I exactly did what you had described. Over skype, I got my ‘friend’ to set up an account on bet365, coral, willhil, skybet and few more. We did some matched bets, the problem was, all the money was mine. We did a split of 30-70%, 30 for her. All she had to do was be on skype and place the best I tell her to place. Later I would get VPN and do it from a different computer myself, and so on.

Bare in mind, that because of the volume that has to be included in Bet365 offer or NetBet offer, I had all the bank account passwords to internet banking ( it was to protect myself in case she died and I had no way of accessing the funds) all the details including bookie passwords, her name, her NI, her license, pretty much everything about her person. Save to say it was bit in a grey area.

We didn’t have much problem because thankfully Netbet and bet365 bets, where lot of money was at stake, always lost, so all the money ended up on my smarkets, however occasionally money ended up on hers.

Then it got a bit messed up. We made from 6-7 bookies around £150 for her and about £500 for me. She didn’t like that much so i told her to not waste her money and slowly replace my capital with her own. Being a girl and a dumb model she was, she kept wasting money on make up and clothes. £150 was gone in two days.

We had a bet and £60 ended up in her account. Suddenly she shouldn’t pick up the phone for 3 days. Now I have trusted her so I thought she just has some business. I logged in to her bank account through VPN to see that she has withdrew £10, 4x in 4 days. That was my money, not her cut. I asked her wtf is she doing and she said she paid a fine. Again, bit of a grey area, but a cop friend of mine from the same town she lives in told me there was no fine issued on her name. He shouldn’t have done that since it is privilege but you know…not a big deal…anyway.

She kept lying saying she got fined and stuff, eventually it turned out she was buying fags and wines and what not. I pulled all my other money and made her pay back. It wasn’t about £40 she wasted, everyone doing matched betting knows £40 can be made back in a good day. It is to show that you ‘can’ trust people, but the second some money lands in their Bank account, it becomes a hassle as you can’t really trust them.

Funny thing is, £40 she ended up paying back to me was actually paid by her new sugar daddy.

I would be interested in hearing peoples thoughts on the legallity of multi accounting. It is definitley a grey area. If you are using somebody elses identidy to make profit?

No it’s not illegal to do if you have the person’s permission. If your sneaking on your sister’s purse to take a picture of her documents to secretly set up accounts in her name then yes
