Multi Accounting/VPN's

Hi,
I’ve multi-accounted in the past using separate devices (laptops/tablets on 3g/dongles) can someone advise on a way to use the same laptop but not end up with linked accounts?

I’ve used SaferVPN… couple of quid a month. Each time you connect it assigns a different IP (sometimes can’t connect to a particular bookie).
Using a different browser is probably more important than a changing IPs IMO.

What about using the Incognito window?. Also certain bookies will not tolerate a VPN – anyone have details about this?.
