Need help – how to you work efficiently and stay on top of things

• I have only just started this 3 days ago and it’s went fairly well so far. But I don’t know what’s going on a lot of the time.
  I need to have a rethink about how I am working and get on top of things because it’s causing little bits of profit here and
  there to slip away with errors. (accidentally bet twice on the smarkets qualifying PL game of my choice – only refunded 2.50
  instead of 10) Seems a matter of time before I slip up.

  My question is – How can I have complete precision over everything. Complete organisation and net profit figure to be precise.
  My net profit it anywhere from €132 – €157 due to me being confused about how an offer is going. This is obviously not going to work.

  Saying all that I really got stuck in with a decent bankroll and had 2-3 offers going at once now I just don’t know exactly where I stand –
  and I don’t like that at all.

  So I just want advice from the people who do this regularly in an organised manner on how to build a system that tracks; where funds are,
  the status of offers in progress, bookie verification progress, net profit etc. all in one spreadsheet.

  I have made a couple of spreadsheets but they don’t factor everything and it’s difficult to retrospectively fill it in, while moving from
  different (all new to me) exchange interfaces and bookies to piece it together.
