Free bet credited but can only put on EFL trophy as matchedem has stated.

Can put on EFL trophy outright market so have just punted it on Reading u23 @ 46.

Why? No idea really but will be a nice surprise if it comes off!

Is there a maximum to the odds allowed for the free bet? Mine is in my account but not appearing in the bet slip at lower odds anyway.

Make sure you’re putting it on the efl trophy not the efl cup which teams are playing in tonight.
Only available in outright market.

Guess this highlights how many of us don’t read t&c properly! At least my ql was acceptable given I’m also meeting other wagering requirements with them

Says in the t&c efl trophy though so not sure it was a mistake.
Although won’t complain if I get another freebet to use on tonight’s cup matches

My email quite clearly says EFL cup games midweek …. free bet credited but no option to use on one of tonights games. Live chat op said it was a technical error which would be sorted in time. Not holding my breath, customer service is poor and not the first time they letr me down for a free bet.

Just placed a £5 bet & a £10 bet on two different games, now wondering whether the £10 will count as it says 4x£5 bets, was planning to place another 2 tomorrow. Usually these offers are atleast a certain amount but not sure about this one.
