Withdrew my balance (under £100) on the final day of Royal Ascot and still hasn’t been processed. Is it normal for them to be this slow?

Something is up with NetBet as they recently closed my account without any good reason and do not respond to my emails too. Not bothered to much with them as a shit bookie to me anyway. Didn’t have any monies in there but heard on another forum that there is quite a lot people in the same boat as me…
+0My first withdrawal took over a week. 2/3 days for them to check my ID and verify everything and then a further 5 days before the withdrawal was actually in my bank account.
On the day it was paid I chased it up on live chat and they said their payment agent was having “technical problems”.
My second withdrawal with them was quite recent and it was in my bank the next working day.
