New customer offers using other people's details + rollover bonuses!
-
Hi guys, I started matched betting a while ago and made a bit of money on my own new customer offers, then with a few of my friends. I use their names, card details etc and split the profit with them. Just wondering if I need to be worried in terms of changing the IP? As I have just been doing the new customer offers with their details off my laptop!
In a similar vein, I am anxious about starting the big rollover bonus offers as Im worried that the cash will end up with the bookie if they realise what I am doing and then they can keep the money? Can they do this? What is the best way to do this without losing that cash?
cheers for any help guys

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I bought an iPad to multiaccount with and no problems with money being withheld etc. I obviously lost accounts to restrictions and gubbings along the way but a few have lasted a long, long time.
+0So you think its fine with my laptop? As the fine print of the free bet/bonus often says they have the right to withhold money if they detect unusual activity? Just a bit scared
+0As I said, I bought and use an iPad for multiaccounting using 4G only so think you’re taking a big risk using the same device. I’m not sure its the IP you need to be worried about but rather the device that will be recognisable to the bookies.
+0I’m not an expert on the technical side of things but, personally, I would change the device and the ip if you’re betting on behalf of someone else, perhaps that’s overkill but I would rather be safe than sorry!
As an aside, there’s plenty of money to be made after completing the new customer offers, if I were you I’d work through one set of accounts until they’re all gubbed and restricted and then move on to the next set.
+0Ah ok, apart from the offers that come up on this page what is another way to make money on such accounts?
I will maybe refrain from going on to these big bonus ones such as bet365 using the same device. Even using a different device I am wary of this clause in the bet365 welcome offer:
‘Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets, risk free bets, Bet Credits or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or Bet Credit element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the Bet Credits, free and risk free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus or Bet Credits. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, Bet Credits, free bet, risk free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs.’
Can they do this? I thought bookies couldn’t really restrict matched betting and that was the magic?
+0Virtually all the money I have made is due to tips/advice/knowledge that’s available on this site (in particular the forum).
It’s all here, there’s so much information that it’s a little daunting at first. I started with the weekly offers that Matt posts, then moved on to horse racing offers, then moved on to arbing/ew arbing.
That clause is talking about guaranteeing profit from Bet365 (they don’t care if you’re guaranteeing profit by laying your bets at the exchange).
+0Great thanks a lot! I will go on to the other things you have suggested when I have time- am a med student so was just looking to make a quick buck out of using my friend’s welcome offers.
I may do the bet365 one as I am at my parent’s so it will be a completely different device/network to the one used for my own bet365 account years ago. That should be fine right? Sorry for all these questions!
+0Get regular offer updates, tip and tricks, big offer alerts and more straight to your inbox.
I can’t see why not, unless your parents like a gamble too and have a b365 account!!
+0My friend uses a 4G device for a couple of accounts. He switches his phone on and off before switching to another account as it generates a new IP address. I wouldn’t use your same home wifi for multi accounting
