New Will Hill ACCA Five offer

  • As you prob have seen Will Hill have changed their football ACCA insurance offer from sixfold, any odds, any league to fivefold but on any sport with min odds 1.2.
Just a heads up that in the next few days there are a few v. low odds Spanish games in the Copa del Rey which is one of the leagues/cups that there are no minimum odds on in the new offer. e.g. Atl Madrid/Sevilla/Barcelona/(Bilbao/Villarreal). Happy Christmas. :-)

@betman: The oft-stated benefit of trying to lose the first leg is that you then don’t have to go through the hassle of laying every leg until the end, which is quite attractive. Assuming the odds are broadly right, that should lead to you having to lay fewer bets in the long run, and therefore being less susceptible to losses arising from moving lines?

@matchdem there is indeed, but I’m lazy when in BKK and prefer beer and boobs, that’s why I’m back lol

Swings and roundabouts arb. It’s less work laying, but if you win you’re carrying the big part of your bet through 4 more legs whereas holding off till the last leg means you have minimal exposure on the first 4 legs
    Different people have different preferences.

    betman/arbs – you’ve confused me.
With a sequential lay, does putting a big bet at begining or end reduce any losses should the odds move against you at some legs?. Would you use same tactics for both FB’s and One-leg insurance?.

Do you think there should be a big bet (given QL will be usually higher) rather than a bet with low odds and smallish QL?.

At least punting ‘doesn’t do yer ‘ead in’ !.

I have to agree @sleepless accas are a nightmare if match betting, normal playing for free bets I can understand. Having small punts on accas is another way of earning some extra £££, if you know about odds like we do, it should be easier to win more accas, this is a theory and not concrete lol

I use accumulator generator and lay every game, makes sense in my eyes – 3 willy accounts and 3-4 per account per week plus lads PP etc stacks the weekly £££ without having to worry about hitting a free bet. All I do is lock in the refund and how much % off the free bet would be extracted and the calculator works in out to give even profit no matter if the first two legs loose or they all win. I always make 25-30% on every single acca. Plus get the free £5 from willy from the offer club x 3.

Ok so you got to pay for AG but it pays for itself in weeks and I have not lost accounts though accas – I just avoid teams outside the top leagues. ?

It’s one area I’d suggest using a calculator so you can adjust numbers to help get your head round it.
But the more money you need to lay the more exposed you are to odds shifts. Your big bet first will mean more money needs laying IF it wins. But long term odds changes should equal themselves out and not really be an issue. As long as you have enough liquidity to cope and make a profit find something you’re comfortable with

You can get a feel for the odds and good times to lay, I had Liverpool last night on around 7 accas and knew to lay Sunday night as 1.91 was going to drift and so it did all the way to around 2.1 I think pre kick off. Sometimes the swing is in favour and sometimes it wipes some profit.

The worst thing for me though is forgetting to lay a team and if you have that perticuler team on multiple accas it can hurt if they don’t win!!

I think the above contradicts itself, and maybe adds confusion.
Your games will most likely be close together so surely lay when you can rather than risk forgetting?!

If you can really call 0.2 shifts in odds in less than 24hrs then just trade rather than messing around with accas?!

I had games finish Sunday at 21:45 then the next game Monday 20:00 if it was Madrid or Barca Juv or Bayern at home at 1.16 I would leave to near kick off – on the other hand if my backed team was away and at odds of 1.9 days before then I would lay as soon as previous game finishes as these odds are likely to only drift one way!

Although I do. Or claim to be an expert – the software does that part. I am just giving my 5 pence, this is making me 2-300 per week with little effort. In fact it is that easy that I could put 20 more on per week if I felt the need.

How much time do you put into this @nate88? I see that accumulator generator is £199, do these accas work on restricted accounts, because I’ve lost paddy, coral and one of my skybets.

Wtf. You claim to be able to call odds movements but rather than trade these swings spent £200 on software. Which you claim could make you more money a week “but don’t feel the need”

I suggest those learning search the forums for posts on accas. There’s a lot of discussion, and a lot to be read from ppl with far far more experience than me. I’ve learnt a lot in a short space of time from these posts and just doing them
